RETURN
Collection pieces are accepted within 10 days of receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note all pieces must be unworn and in new conditions. Returns are subject to JPX decision and can refuse a return for any given reason. Returns are not accepted for any collection piece that has been personalized, Bespoke or Atelier pieces.

SHIPPING
We offer free domestic shipping. Each piece is thoughtfully gift wrapped in a jewelry pouch, branded gift box and ribbon. Collection Pieces are shipped in 4-6 weeks from date of purchase. When an order is ready to be shipped, a member of our team will connect via preferred contact method to schedule an appropriate delivery. Please note a signature is required for all deliveries and do not ship to PO boxes. It is the clients responsibility to cover receiving costs for any repairs, returns, cleaning, inspections. Domestic UPS Express 2 Day Air and International Fedex Priority are the method of shipping used by JPX Jewelry.
